Emma trained in Physiotherapy at Bournemouth University. Since graduating and gaining membership to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health Professions Council she has gone on to work in the NHS and private sector. Emma is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and enjoys sports rehabilitation, and has a certificate from LM Medical in Sports Trauma Management. She has gone on to gain a post-graduate qualification to practice acupuncture which can be used alongside traditional physiotherapy intervention. Emma gained an interest in the therapeutic benefits of Pilates, alongside physiotherapy and has trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute in Pilates teaching. Emma continued her studies and gained a Masters degree in Sports & Exercise Medicine from Queen Marys University London. Day to day she works with a variety of clients including professional sports people, ‘weekend warriors’, and the general public dealing with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries.
