Emma trained in Physiotherapy at Bournemouth University. Since graduating and gaining membership to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health Professions Council she has gone on to work in the NHS and private sector. Emma is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and enjoys sports rehabilitation, and has a certificate from LM Medical in Sports Trauma Management. She has gained an interest in the therapeutic benefits of Pilates, alongside physiotherapy and has trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute in Pilates teaching.
Michael Bradley BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy CSP HPC APPI
Michael trained in Physiotherapy at Bournemouth University, where he was also part of the Dorset County Cricket squad. He gained experience of working with athletes at a National Triathlon event, and as a sports physio with a local rugby club, where he also took on the role of strength and conditioning coach during the off-season. He has trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute to incorporate the benefits of core strengthening into his approach to physiotherapy. A personal passion for fitness and sport has led him into this career and enables him to apply personal experience and knowledge to provide appropriate exercise programmes to clients to help them succeed in their own individual fitness goals.
